Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse
Cheesemongers, charcutiers and oyster stalls under one roof. Two ways to use it: a free-form lunch where everyone builds their own plate, or a tasting arranged in advance with one of the traders.
The aisles are narrow and a group scatters fast, so agree on a meeting point before you go in.
