Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between The Little Wine Museum (operated by Yumea, hereinafter “the Museum”) and any individual making a reservation or purchase (hereinafter “the Customer”).

The individual visit price is €25 per person, all-inclusive (tour + tasting of 6 to 8 wines + tasting glass to take home).

Prices for special events (Wine Break, seminars) are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the programme.

All prices are quoted in euros including VAT.

3. Booking

Bookings are made via the online booking platform (Smeetz). They are confirmed upon full payment.

Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

The Museum recommends booking in advance, particularly at weekends when time slots are often fully booked.

4. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of booking, via the secure payment methods offered by the Smeetz platform.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

By the Museum: In the event of cancellation by the Museum (exceptional closure, force majeure, etc.), the Customer will be fully refunded or offered an alternative date.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Liability

The Museum accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings within the museum.

Visitors are responsible for their own behaviour and that of their companions. The Museum reserves the right to exclude any visitor whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

8. Accessibility

The museum is accessible by spiral staircase only. It is not accessible to wheelchair users. This information is communicated prior to booking.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the courts of Lyon shall have jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
